Britney Spears Makes Unexpected Singles Chart Record

In an unexpected turn of events, Britney Spears’ left-out single, ‘Anticipating’ catapulted to the No.1 spot in virtually all music charts in the Philippines. Many thought that it would just fall out off the top 10 because of lack of foreign chart support, particularly in the Billboard Top 100. Nevertheless, the single came as a surprise as it was Britney’s 3rd No.1 hit in the Philippines, after ‘Baby One More Time’ and ‘Oops! I Did It Again’.
