Britney Spears Missed The Talent Train

I’m an equal fan of both and Christina Aguilera and it seems to me that the main argument that both fanbases raise is that Christina has the better voice but Britney is the better entertainer. I beg to differ.

After being to her recent Sydney concert (December 8th) I have discovered that although there were technical difficulties with the sound system and also Christina was suffering from her ongoing fight with Bronchitis, Christina still tore the roof off of the Sydney Entertainment Centre thrilling many fans who were dancing and screaming all way through the show. No doubt, Britney may cause the same reaction at her concerts, but considering the fact that in Australia, Britney has been more chart predominant than Christina in the past, it seemed amazing to me the reaction that she got.

And the icing on the cake? She sang every note live and ended the show with an acapella version of ‘Beautiful’.

“Equal fan” my ass! Anyway… Christina does have a better voice, but she just stands there are sings. Then she changes her outfit, and stands there and sings, then changes her outfit… (okay you get the idea). What kind of show is that? If I just wanted to hear the music, I would listen to the CD. When I go to a concert, I expect to see a show. Not stare at someone standing there doing nothing for 2 hours.

Christina is officially the most popular female singer in the whole world. She’s a worldwide icon. The ‘stripped’ sales tell us everything. Also, her popularity is based on her various sets of talents. Britney who?

I have said it once and I will say it again. Christina’s insipid mindless fans are even worse than Britney’s insipid mindless fans. Just for the record, you are no Britney fans and you know it. Your just using that as an excuse to diss her.

I agree am sick of hearing what a great performer brit is. In my opinion to be one of the greats you have to be able to dance and sing well something that Christina is great at but at the end of the day brit will never be able to sing well (anybody can sing but it takes talent to sing well)

Why do you guys make everything Britney vs Christina and vice versa? Why can’t you just say that you enjoyed the concert. I’m sure there are thousands of Britney fans that enjoy her concerts over Christina’s. This rivalry is pointless, you will never agree. Please stop with the essays!

He/she is NOT a Britney fan. I don’t know why they said they were. This essay is simply meant to bash Britney, not praise Christina. My question is, If you are a fan of Christina’s and want to praise her concert. Why even mention Britney’s name. I just think this is silly.

singer-performer-entertainer-blahblahblah only thing I can say is I am sick of these stupid opinion articles AND all the great singers(whitney, mariah,etc..) are no where to be found-they are over BUT great performers(michael,madonna,janet,etc..)have had long successful careers and are still goin’-so just because someone can screech and hoohaaa all thru a song doesn’t mean they are going to be anymore successful(although I will say that “beautiful” is one of the most amazing songs ever)

Don’t LIE you’re nothing but a HAguilera fan. And like HAguilera you’re pretending to be something you’re not but any idiot can see right through your pathetic attempts. HAGUILERA FANS ARE SO STUPID trying to act as if as if they like Britney as well because they think their argument will be stronger.

How funny that Britney is still so much more popular than the greatest talent of Skanktina. I went to the Stripped & Justified concert. Sydney must not have real entertainers down there because her show sucked and the majority of the reviews from US reporters said as much. Her set design was from a county fair and her custumes were bought from the Salvation Army. Yes she has a voice. NO it’s not the best voice in the world. She screeches and riffs too much and you can’t understand a word she says. She needs to sustain a note and enunciate. What’s so stupid about these posts is that none of it is based on fact. It’s all opinion. Facts are that Britney headlines her own arena tours. Christina couldn’t and still won’t be able too. Britney sold almost twice what Christina did a year ago in the first week of release. Use some fact to back up your opinion or shut up.

janet’s last album All for You was super successful and she is recording another one for 2004-she is still very much in the picture -michael and Madonna are flops—no one can honestly say that!lol

Well, I’ve never been to a Christina concert and march will be my first Britney concert. So, I really have no opinion on this subject yet. I can’t wait for march. The more I listen to Brit’s new cd, the more I love it. Toxic is a good choice for the 2nd single, but they did have better choices like BOM or shadow.

Oh my goodness. Yet ANOTHER dumbass essay. “Britney missed the talent train”? How stupid is that? She HAS talent, Christina HAS talent, EVERYONE HAS talent…..just not in the same areas. I’m sick of people saying Britney doesn’t have any talent or lack there of. It’s stupid and ignorant to suggest that she or anyone else doesn’t have any. I’m sure that Christina can give a good performance, but as far as the best and most exciting shows, Britney is it. All this belittling(sp?) of Britney by saying she has no talent is unfair and ignorant. So can we please stop with the nonsense already?
