Britney Spears’ Mission

Access Hollywood went to Britney Spears’ home state to reveal a very personal side of the superstar. Britney is on a mission to help the women in her life and other women battling cancer. In September of 1999, Britney’s Aunt Sandra was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. “My Aunt Sandra is like my second mom. It was just a very devastating reality,” said Spears. “Before this happened I’ve never experienced anyone being sick or a loss in a family.”
