The People reports that Britney Spears made an emergency dash to London’s top private Wellington Hospital during her world tour in May. “It was all very mysterious,” a source on the Onyx Hotel tour revealed. “We were told the concert had been cancelled because of technical problems. Then Britney disappeared for a couple of days. She hadn’t been acting like her normal happy self – she was an emotional wreck. Later, through the grapevine, we heard she had been in hospital in the UK. We were told under no condition were we to mention it to Britney.
