Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Thursday night, “Today, Nancy Pelosi became the first female Speaker of the House. Now, for all you young girls out there following Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, Nancy Pelosi is what you call a role model. … Britney Spears told ‘Extra’ that her new year’s resolution is that she that hopes she stops biting her nails. Yeah, that’s her biggest problem, biting her nails.”
