The court ruled in Britney Spears’ chid custody case that the singer will have no visitation rights to see her two boys Sean Preston and Jayden James. “This ruling is a result exclusively of what Commissioner Gordon heard and had before him at the end of the court day,” a court officer said at a press conference Monday afternoon. Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said, “The word ‘victory’ is not a word Kevin Federline or his counsel uses to describe [today].” Another court hearing has been scheduled for February 19th.
TMZ hears that when Britney arrived at the courthouse earlier, she was met by her lawyers Anne Kiley and Tara Scott. The pair got into the Escalade she arrived in to speak with her, where Britney said she just didn’t want to testify.
