The Sun has a photo of Britney Spears entering her hotel room in Sydney after stepping out on the balcony to have a smoke. A witness said, “She seemed to be puffing on a fag. She was just standing there but suddenly freaked and ran inside.” She likely freaked because she spotted the photographer. Check out the picture here.
