Louisiana native Britney Spears posted a message on her official web site regarding the victims of Hurricane Katrina. “Dear Fans, My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and any other states that might be affected by Hurricane Katrina,” Spears writes. “All of my family members there are safe and thank you to all my fans for your concern. Love, Britney.”
