Britney Spears Projects Few Emotions Convincingly

Lawrence Toppman of The Charlotte Observer gave Britney Spears two out of four stars who gave mixed reviews of Britney’s performance. Toppman said, “Spears projects few emotions convincingly, which doesn’t help. She often looks quizzical, like a dog that’s forgotten where she buried a bone; she’ll handle a big crying scene well, then seem unable to focus on what’s happening around her.” But she wasn’t the worst on the lineup saying it was, “Dan Aykroyd, whose immobility approaches that of Mount McKinley.” The full article at charlotte.com has since been removed.
