Britney Spears Property Intruder Questioned By LA Police

Entertainment Tonight led with news on Britney Spears’ Hollywood Hills home falling victim to an intruder Tuesday morning. Security were first to detain the man who was later released because the guards declined to file a report. As for her ‘Crossroads’ premiere, Britney commented on her *NSYNC boyfriend Justin Timberlake not being there saying, “He’s headed to rehearsals right now.
