The Mirror reports Britney Spears sent a $100 bill with a a note attached saying, “Perhaps I didn’t tip you enough” after she went to the Four Seasons health club in New York which led to a loose-lipped employee telling the New York Post that her carpet doesn’t match her blonde drapes.
