Launch.com reports Britney Spears, Mya, DJ Quik, and the Wayans Brothers have already RSVP’d to Usher’s 24th birthday party in Los Angeles on Monday (October 24) at the Highlands. Attendants are required to wear all black, and will receive a mask upon entering the party.
