WENN reports Frankie Brittl, 10, of Sun City, California, was in desperately in need of a lobe transplant in his lung this summer when the Make-A-Wish Foundation granted his longtime dream to meet Britney Spears. “When I met her, I really wanted to give her a present, so I gave her a locket,” Brittl said. “After I met her we saw her concert – it was a blast! But the best part was when she saw me. She came over to the side of the stage where I was sitting and waved to me. Then I saw that she was wearing the locket I gave her. I was speechless – I never thought she’d wear it during the concert. It was the best day of my life.” He added, “I know in my heart that meeting Britney made me feel better and strong enough to have my transplant.”
