Britney Spears Says The Gossip Talk Comes With The Territory

Entertainment Tonight spoke with Britney Spears outside of the premiere of ‘Crossroads’ in Los Angeles where the singer talked about her *NSYNC boyfriend Justin Timberlake and the marriage rumors that constantly surround them. Britney said, “I don’t understand the ‘We’re getting engaged and we’re getting married on Valentine’s Day,’ and all that. No, it’s not true. Maybe in the future, but not right now. We’re too busy to do anything like that.” Britney said she’s learned to deal with the speculation though adding, “They can talk … you come to the point where you just accept that it comes along with (the job). But if they start talking about my performances, that’s when it’ll really start bothering me!” Also, Jessica Simpson did make the premiere according to ET.
