Britney Spears Shaves Head, Gets Tattoo

X17 reports Britney Spears had a salon open up after closing, especially for her, and then she proceeded to shave her head. Afterwards, the singer headed to a tattoo parlor for some new ink. Check out pictures and video from X17 and KABC.
