Britney Spears was spotted on Sunday (February 18) hiding her newly-bald head with a blonde wig and a cap. Outside The Roxy in West Hollywood, TMZ reports that a photographer asked about the singer’s old promise to “keep her brown hair,” Spears shot back, “I lied.” Check out pictures at X17.
