Spears turned up at at the Los Angeles cafe on Sunday clutching a copy of Peter Kramer’s book ‘Listening To Prozac’. The tabloid reports that friends are claiming she’s suffering the toll of being one of the world’s best-known stars, trying to transform her schoolgirl image into the raunchy style of her childhood pal Christina Aguilera.
