Britney Spears Still Rules Lycos

On this week’s edition of the Lycos’ Top 50 most searched terms, in her 210th week Britney Spears clings to #2, after narrowly being beaten to #1 by Kazaa. She is the most popular human and singer. Clay Aiken climbs five spots to #4, Kylie Minogue falls to #17, and Christina Aguilera, is at #22, and if she lasts three more weeks, she will become part of the Lycos Elite, for spending 50 consective weeks on the chart. Jennifer Lopez who is currently seeing her popularity fizzle climbs one to #27, Hilary Duff jumps to #28, and Evanescence reaches #42. Shania Twain re-debuts at #47 and Beyonce climbs one to #49. After being a hot topic for a while, Eminem falls to #50, tumbling 13 spots. Also, it seems as if Britney Spears, might have the title of the most searched person ever, on the Lyco’s Top 50, the only person rivaling her is Pamela Anderson.
