Britney Spears Takes Home Two Scoopie Awards

Jeannette Walls of MSNBC.com handed out her 2003 Scoopie Awards, with Britney Spears getting the nod in the ‘Hot Lips of the Year Award’ (along with Madonna) and the ‘Hairy Hands Award’, for her ode to masturbation, ‘Touch Of My Hand’. Check out all the winners here.
