Britney Spears Tanked Grammy Ratings

Conan O’Brien joked during his Friday night monologue: “This is interesting in the world of television. The CBS telecast of The Grammy Awards this week was the lowest-rated Grammy telecast in six years. Very low-rated. [ Audience aws ] Yeah, the producers blamed the low ratings on lack of promotion, strong competition and the fact that Britney wore clothes.”
