Britney Spears tells People magazine in a statement that she’ll be at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards, one year after infamously sleepwalking through her ‘Piece Of Me’ lip-synched performance. “MTV has long played an important role in my career,” Spears said. “How can I not be there to kick off their 25th VMAs?
