New York Post reports Britney Spears, Elton John, Nelly, B2K and Lil’ Bow Wow will be among those who serve as presenters at the MTV Video Music Awards, August 29th at Radio City Music Hall. As previously announced, Bruce Springsteen, Pink and Eminem will perform.
