Britney Spears Tries To Be Edgy, But She’s Out Of Synch

Jay Lustig of The Star-Ledger was at the Britney Spears concert Wednesday night (March 31) at the Wachovia Center. Lustig said that Spears “stuck mostly to dance numbers, and she lip-synched every one.” He added, “It’s not a minor point. The concert experience is based on the reality or at least the illusion of a performer making music right in front of your eyes. Take that away, and something substantial has to take its place.”
