Britney Spears was photographed late Tuesday night (November 28) at a gas station along the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica with a pal, who wasn’t Paris Hilton. The singer, who fueled up her Porsche with help from the paparazzi (she didn’t know what side the gas cap was on), was again caught flashing her nether regions when exiting the car.
