Britney Spears Visits Kentwood To Make Peace After Shock Wedding
Why did Britney Spears and Kevin Federline travel to Kentwood for their honeymoon? A family member says it was because the singer left her extended family heartbroken that she got married without them, and most upset was Britney’s grandfather June Spears. “I think June is really upset that Britney would get married without him and not even call ahead of time to let him know,” a family member revealed. “June said she should have put the Hollywood thing aside and gotten married at home with family and friends who loved her before she had a ton of money. When he heard the news about the wedding, June was sitting on the sofa with tears in his eyes, shaking is head in disbelief. June believes in family loyalty to a fault so he probably won’t get over it anytime soon.”
