Britney Spears Wants No Neighbors At Promises

The Sun reports has ordered a wing at the Promises rehab clinic to be cleared – so she doesn’t mix with other patients. “She wants all the rooms on her wing,” a source revealed. “It will cost her hundreds of thousands.”
