Britney Spears Was Drinking, But Not ‘Carried Out’ Of Pure
Norm Clarke of The Las Vegas Review Journal is disputing claims by Britney Spears’ manager that the singer was not drinking at Pure and was simply too tired when she left the club at 1AM early Monday. Clarke writes, “From my vantage point of 3 feet away, I saw Spears drinking a rum and pineapple cocktail, followed by several glasses of champagne about 12:15 a.m.” And a source at Pure, who reportedly paid Spears $300,000 to host the New Year’s Eve bash, told him, “She had a little too much to drink. She was assisted out, but she was not carried.” Read more.
