Star magazine reports Britney Spears showed up at California tattoo parlor Friday night with her head completely shaved. “She said she was tired of having things plugged into it,” said eyewitness Emily Wynne-Hughes, apparently referring to her hair extensions. “She looked distraught and disturbed.”
