Eric Asimov of The New York Times profiled Britney Spears’ new restaurant Nyla which has been opened for about a week now. Asimov said, “For Nyla and Spears to succeed, she will have to recalibrate her image to draw in the grown-ups, or at least those fans who are of legal drinking age. Nyla, after all, is no theme restaurant. While Spears’ name may hang in the air and on the lips of patrons, the restaurant bears no trace of her: no pictures, platinum records or discarded concert costumes here.”
