Britney Spears Wins Best Pop Video VMA
Paris Hilton presented singer Britney Spears with the Best Pop Video award for ‘Piece of Me’ at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards at Paramount Pictures Studios on Sunday (September 7) in Los Angeles, California. It was the first VMA Spears, who opened the show earlier in the evening, had ever won.
