Monique Lhuillier, who provided the wedding dress for Britney Spears’ marriage last month to Kevin Federline, talked with the Minneapolis Star Tribune about the singer, who’s recently been photographed padding around barefoot out of too many public restrooms. “All I know is that she was wearing shoes under my dress,” said Lhuillier Thursday at a private opening for her Edina salon of wedding dresses and couture.
