Despite claims to the contrary, a source tells Star magazine that Britney Spears still hasn’t had a prenup drawn up as she prepares to marry Kevin Federline. “People say Britney should get a prenup, but she doesn’t have one yet,” the source revealed. “Britney and Kevin laugh about it. ‘Yeah, right,’ they say. Knowing Kevin, even if they did get divorced, I don’t see him fighting for her money. He’s so laid back. He’d be bummed if it didn’t work but probably too lazy to get a lawyer.”
