Steve Lackmeyer of The Oklahoman reports that the Britney Spears tour stop at Oklahoma City’s Ford Center was the third-highest-grossing performance in her 34-city national tour, bringing in $954,000, topped only by Spears’ performances in Las Vegas and Tacoma, Washington. “This bodes really well for us and for Oklahoma City,” Gary Desjardins, the arena’s general manager, said. “As long as we continue to sell tickets, we’ll get shows. That’s the name of the game.”
