Hours after news came out she had filed to end her marriage to Kevin Federline, Britney Spears was spotted ice skating in New York City on Tuesday (November 7) at Rockafeller Center. The singer’s bizarre behavior to seek the spotlight this week just as she announced a split involving children has some wondering if the announcement is just being used as leverage to give K-Fed a serious wake-up call.
