California Denies Jessica Sierra From Entering Dr. Drew Facility

Former ‘American Idol’ and failed ‘Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew’ patient Jessica Sierra had worked with a judge to have the singer sent to Drew’s facility in California for a year, followed by three years probation, but TMZ hears the California Department of Probation has thrown a monkey wrench into the plan. So now Sierra will have to appear in a Tampa courtroom on Thursday to figure out an alternate arrangement. Read more.
