The New York Daily News reports that the person who has tried to sell the latest Paris Hilton porn tape to media organizations is an ex-boyfriend of Hilton’s ‘Simple Life’ co-star Nicole Richie, and a source says he is now in negotiations to sell it back to the heiress. This no doubt will relieve Hilton’s ex-boyfriend Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys, who is allegedly featured on the tape.

September 30, 2004 – British reporter Carole Aye Maung, who reviewed the latest Paris sex tape, tells The New York Daily News that there’s a new aspect to this footage that may do more damage than the heiress’ pornographic exploits with Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter. Hilton, standing with pal Brandon Davis, is polite to two African-American men who ask her if she would model their fashion line, but calls them “dumb n*****s” after they leave.

You’d think for someone who is so over the Backstreet Boys star and would move on. But no, shes too worried about banning him from clubs, making fun of him, talking about him badly.
You’d think by now she’d be done. But never. The chick never gets tired of any attention she gets.
For someone who so many girls look up to. She’s a rather pathetic and disrespectful person for any girl to admire.

think about it guys. Just why hasn’t Nick filed a defamation of character lawsuit? Obviously this claim might affect his career but he hasn’t done anything about it. I think he did hit her. He was also caught yelling at Lindsay Lohan in a threatening manner. What a fat bastard!

I agree, I really don’t like her, she’s so stupid. I bet she misses him and she thinks she can be cool if she makes fun of him. I knew this was gonna happen the day I heard she and nick were dating. I feel for him. this is probably the beginning of a nightmare he’s gonna go through.

Um, okay. Well, by the looks of it she does have a life. With all these promotions and things she’s doing (TV shows, clothing lines, etc.) to try to get more money that she doesn’t even need, I doubt that she’s thinking about what her next backlash or “revenge” will be on Nick. I think Paris is annoying myself, but jeez, I would have thought by now that you would get over this whole Paris/Nick thing. They are over, just let Paris be a publicity whore and let it go.

I’m waiting for her to say something so jacked up that Nick slaps a Slander/Defamation of Character law suit on her. We’ll see how hardcore her mouth can be then. She thinks life is a fricken’ joke. She lives recklessly, and personally, I don’t give a dead bloated rat’s ass what she does…I have a problem with her destroying everyone she comes in contact with just for the hell of it. She’ll get hers sooner or later, and boy-howdy, it’s gonna be sa-weet.
Nick’s mom thinks (like many of us) that it was faked, and that she was just using’, ‘make up that ONE day she was bruised so badly. Like Jane said, “she’s got enough money to hire the BEST make up artists”…. I don’t think ANYONE beat her up. And if they did, I assure you it wasn’t Nick!
You can’t file a lawsuit unless you’re publicly accused and Paris hasn’t said anything at all. By showing off her bruises (and yes, going to a nightclub in a see-through dress is showing them off) and letting everyone look at him as the most likely person to have done it, she can make Nick look bad. Nothing can make her tell where they came from or that he didn’t do it. She can completely ruin his reputation, but unless she actually says that he did it, he can’t legally defend himself at all. I don’t think he beat her up (one person couldn’t have put that specific pattern of handprint-shaped bruises on her arms, I think she was grabbed from behind by two people on either side of her), although I do think he may have been involved and that’s why he’s not defending himself. If that’s true, it would look better if he said exactly what happened. I also think that Paris is rotten enough to make him look bad on purpose- I didn’t before, but now I don’t think anything is past her.
