Carson Daly Understands The Critics

Carson Daly was asked by Jaime Buerger of Las Vegas Weekly about critics who hold him responsible for feeding a daily diet of pop-culture waste to teens. “Well, I totally understand it. I would have been that way,” he says. “I get that all the time. I’ve gone to bars where guys call me a fag for playing Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera and *NSYNC. If I’m a bartender and somebody orders a lame drink, I’m not going to sit there and knock ’em for it. I’m just serving it.”
