Carson Daly Wants Out From TRL Deal

US Weekly reports MTV’s Total Request Live host Carson Daly is angling to get out of his deal with the network before his contract winds up next year. A source revealed, “He’s unhappy and wants off TRL so badly.” The host’s hugely busy schedule that has him hosting TRL, his Last Call show on NBC, as well as a daily top-10 syndicated radio show have him spread thin. Adds the source, “Carson’s got enough money, and he doesn’t need this anymore.”
