Online, Katy Perry may have to be shelling out millions to Russell Brand in wake of their divorce, since the pop star made about $45 million during the marriage thanks to touring and endorsements, while the comedian made between $6 million to $8 million during that timeframe. Presuming the couple had a California marriage license after their Indian wedding, the state’s laws say Brand is entitled to half of their joint earnings during the marriage.
According to The Sun, Katy Perry’s mother Mary Hudson joined her husband Keith for their first church service since the pop star divorced comedian Russell Brand, greeted by a packed crowd of 300 worshipers. Gavin DeGraw was the victim of a brutal assault in New York City on Sunday night. The singer songwriter lives in the Big Apple and was outnumbered by several thugs during the attack, a source told TMZ. A rep for the 34-year-old said Gavin is still under observation at Bellevue Hospital for undisclosed injuries.

Miley Cyrus has been photographed smoking, and the singer/actress apparently isn’t new to the bad habit. “Miley has been smoking for a long time,” a source close tells E! Online. “She does it a lot socially and when she is out with friends.”
Miley’s brother Trace is also a smoker, but the former Metro Station member has been seen lately going the smokeless route using electronic cigarettes.

A source tells E! Online gossip writer Marc Malkin that when Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez shopped at an A|X Armani Exchange store in New York City on Tuesday night (June 28), the Canadian pop star professed his love for his 18-year-old girlfriend, to which Selena responded likewise.
“They both said ‘I love you’ to each other, but Justin said it first,” the source blabbed. Selena and Justin repeatedly said they loved each other while holding hands and occasionally kissing. Selena purchased some Pima T-shirts for Justin during the retail jaunt.
Max George from the Wanted says he doesn’t blame all of Britain for having a poster of fiance Michelle Keegan on their walls – because he does too. “Obviously I love her and think she’s absolutely gorgeous, so I understand why so many guys are interested and I’m not concerned about it,” the 22-year-old boy band member told News of the World.
As for whether the couple are rushing things being engaged after just seven months of dating, Max says no. “We haven’t rushed in. Even though we’re engaged we’re not going to go and get married next week, it’s a sign of our commitment,” he explained. “Anyway, I don’t think I’m too young. I think you just know when it’s right.
