Lindsay Lohan Turns Down Father’s Bail Money Request

Michael Lohan was arrested on Monday initially on felony domestic violence charges before they were dropped and replaced with a single misdemeanor charge of “inflicting injury on a Cohabitant,” which was his girlfriend Kate Major. Bail was initially set at $30,000, and Michael turned to his daughter for a loan to post bail. LiLo turned her equally controversial father down, but Michael was later released without bail. “Lindsay wants nothing to do with her father,” a family insider told PopEater.com. “He has betrayed her one too many times. He only ever calls her when he wants something and she has finally learned to say no.”

Star magazine reports is “terrified” by some of her boyfriend Justin Bieber’s crazy fans who took to Twitter, threatening to kill the ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ actress after she was seen kissing the Canadian pop star. “Selena’s terrified,” a source told the tabloid. “She’s only young and when she sees things written about her, she understandably freaks out. Justin tries to reassure her, but what can he do?”

A source close to Dougie Poynter spoke with The Mirror about the bassist deciding to check into a rehab facility ahead of the band’s Above The Noise UK tour, which begins in a few weeks. “Dougie was absolutely heartbroken when Frankie dumped him,” the source said, referring to The Saturdays’ singer . “He saw himself getting married and having kids and being with her for life. And he was just crushed. It got to the point where he was struggling to get through the day so he decided to seek help at the Priory clinic. He’s been in there working hard on getting his head straight.”

During an appearance on ‘Today’, ‘Australian Idol’ season one winner reportedly told co-host Kerri-Anne Kennerley about being arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of grand theft auto, which happened to be his own car that he had reported stolen a few weeks prior. “The car apparently turned up at a random impound so he went to pick it up himself,” a source who overheard the conversation told the Herald Sun. “Not long after getting it back, 10 police jumped him, got him out of the car and arrested him at a carwash. Guns drawn, cuffs, everything! He was saying to them ‘Look, this is my car and I have recently reported it stolen’. They still took him to the cop shop but he was released, of course, after he proved it was his car.”
