Cindy Adams of The New York Post spoke with CBS President and CEO Leslie Moonves who was quite candid about his feelings after *NSYNC stsar Justin Timberlake exposed Janet Jackson’s breast at the Super Bowl on Sunday. “She hijacked our broadcast. A really bad mistake on her part,” Moonves said. “This program had huge ratings. I didn’t need this to get ratings. A hundred million Americans watched. I could’ve put on Andy Williams and gotten the same ratings. I’m very aggravated. I feel betrayed and that’s hard to take.” So where was Moonves when It happened? “Right there,” he told me. “Sitting in the skybox next to the broadcast booth, watching the show like any other fan. I couldn’t believe it. My first reaction was, ‘Can’t be… Did I just see what I think I saw? … Did this really pull away?’”
