The Las Vegas Review Journal reports Caesars Palace headliner Celine Dion is considering an offer to perform three concerts in mainland China in October. The offer came from prominent promoter Marc Berman, who was the first to book a major entertainer in China. He put Mariah Carey in Shanghai in November for two concerts that attracted 52,000 fans. Berman said his offer includes two concerts in Shanghai and one in Beijing while Dion is on break. Berman said Dion is the most popular entertainer in the world in the eyes of the Chinese.
