Celine Dion, accompanied by her French producer’s wife Monique Coullier, was seen shopping in the luxury boutiques Chanel, Dior and Baby-Dior on avenue Montaigne in Paris, France on Tuesday (October 11), as part of a four-day stay to promote her latest album, ‘On Ne Change Pas’ (‘One Never Changes’).
