The Scottish Daily Record reports that in wake of former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham’s kidnap threat, fellow wealthy artist Celine Dion is taking no chances with her baby son, Rene. The diva is said to employ four personal bodyguards at an annual cost of nearly $4 million, and that’s not counting the protection for her and husband Rene Angelil.
