The Boston Globe reports Boston-based Giving Back Fund’s Marc Pollick has filed suit against Mark Steverson, a New York attorney who represents Britney Spears, Steverson’s boss, Laurence Rudolph, and former Giving Back Fund employee Corina Biggar charging, among other things, “misappropriation of a valuable business opportunity.” Pollick is seeking $14 million of both Britney and then boyfriend Justin Timberlake of *NSYNC splitting from the charity.
