Charlotte Church Driving Without A License Plate

The People reports was spotted driving her Mini in Cardiff on Saturday without a license plate. “She was lucky not to run into any traffic cops,” an onlooker said. A spokeswoman for the singer said: “It must have fallen off. She’ll make sure it’s put back.”
