Neil Sean caught up with Charlotte Church to get a response to Cheryl Tweedy’s allegations that she’s been stealing Girls Aloud’s sound. “It is infuriating,” Charlotte said. “After all, unlike Cheryl and the girls, I have co-written seven of my album tracks. I always admired and respected the girls but now, if they want to attack, I won’t hit back.” She added, “I mean, I haven’t resorted to wearing short skirts and dating a footballer to get into the charts, now, have I?”
