The Cheeky Girls are complaining to Now magazine that after getting their break on ‘Popstars: The Rivals’ and releasing a string of hits, the Transylvanian twins earned only a £22,000 advance and nothing else. “When we realized we weren’t going to get any of our money, I was in tears,” Gabriela said. “I didn’t stop crying for two weeks. We’d worked for nothing for so long.”
