Cheryl Cole is still very sick after contracting malaria, with the Girls Aloud star even receiving treatment in intensive care. Infectious disease specialist Martin Wiselka tells The Sun Cheryl may not be able to work for six months. “With malaria you nearly always get a fever,” he explained. “She will feel rough, like she has bad flu – tired and sweaty. If it’s bad it affects all your body and organs, including your heart. It takes two weeks for symptoms to develop from the mosquito bite.” Watch a report from YouTube below.
