Singing under the name B.E.D, Chloe Myers releases her debut album, called ‘B. E. D.’, next month in Japan after being signed by BMG Japan. “It was really good going over there and I fell in love with the place,” the 22-year-old Nottingham Trent student told the Nottingham Evening Post. But even if she makes it big in Japan, she is not looking to come back and become a star in Britain. “I’d rather make it big in a country where my type of music is appreciated and stands a chance of surviving,” Chloe explained. “The British charts are in a bit of a crisis with all the pop acts and I think it’s pretty hard work to succeed here – hard work for little reward.”
